• Once your program is activated and services have started, the program fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.


• Personalized diet/wellness plans, e-books, recordings, PDFs and other digital resources are non-refundable once prepared, delivered or access is provided, subject to applicable law.


• A program is considered activated once onboarding, consultation, personalized planning, digital-resource delivery, or live/recorded sessions have started.


• A change in personal circumstances, including conception/pregnancy during a fertility program, does not automatically qualify for a refund.


• Where appropriate, unused services may be transferred to another suitable Pranavya Wellness program at our discretion and subject to eligibility.


• Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or refunds required under applicable law.


• The policy applicable on the date of purchase will govern that enrolment.
